Our London dry has been aged in a ex Jack Daniels cask for 6 months allowing it to take on new aromas and flavours.
We’ve taken our handcrafted London Dry and given it a bold twist by aging it for six months in an ex-Jack Daniel’s whiskey cask A small limited edition batch that brings together the bright, botanicals of gin with the smooth, oaky depth of whiskey.
With the aging we have managed to take on layers of warm vanilla and a hint of spice with some caramel notes form the barrel, making it the perfect drink to enjoy neat over ice or to make a classic Old fashion with a twist.
Tasting Notes:
• Nose: Fresh citrus, juniper, soft oak
• Palate: Vanilla, spice, caramel, toasted wood
• Finish: Smooth, rounded, and warming
